ORIGINAL
Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) has requested a lease for one (1) single wide trailer and two (2) double-wide portable trailers with a large open area and two offices at one end of the trailer.
Trailers will need to include chairs and desks ,refrigerator and microwave; heating and air conditioning; entrance stairs with canopy, delivery, setup, and anchoring; external electrical connections to allow generator hook ups (WDTC will provide generators); and internal electrical outlets.
The Single wide trailer will be configured as a Command Post (12x60).
One double-wide trailer will be set up for conferencing and one double-wide trailer will be set up as a classroom.
Each trailer will be approximately 24 feet by 60 feet.
The contract will be for an initial 12 month lease and will include option-years for up to four additional years.
Option-years must include the ability to increase or decrease the number of trailers as necessary to support test efforts.
