The scope of work is for conducting well decommissioning for four (4) monitoring wells and five (5) landfill gas (LFG) probes at the English Pit Landfill (Clark County, Washington).
These wells and probes are no longer used and need to be removed for both street construction and other redevelopment in the area.
Addenda 1 - Issued Tuesday, October 20, 2026
A non-mandatory but highly encourage pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9:00 am on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Contractors shall meet at the English Pit Landfill entrance off NE 9th Street, West of 192nd Avenue at 902 NE 192nd Avenue, Vancouver WA 98684. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend to inspect and assess access to each monitoring well and LFG prob location.
