August 21,2026, at the Office of Procurement, 365 Losher Street, Suite 320, Hernando, Mississippi, for the annual bid
for securing Poly pipe for the DeSoto County Department of Road Management under the jurisdiction of the Board of
Supervisors at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid period is one year beginning October 1,
