The City of Wildwood Departments of Public Works and Planning & Parks are accepting statements of qualifications from consulting firms interested in providing professional services to the City of Wildwood for 2026.
From time to time, the City of Wildwood has projects or challenges that require a professional engineering solution. The intent of this RFQ is that when a need for professional services arises, the City can select a qualified firm from the list of qualifications on file. Submission for this RFQ does not guarantee any work to your firm, however, to be eligible for selection for work related to this RFQ, your firm’s qualifications must be on file with the City of Wildwood.
Interested firms should submit only one statement of qualifications for consideration. The submittal should include qualifications to complete work in any or all of the following specialty areas:

General Firm Information (max 5 pages)

Roadway Design: i.e. Traffic Engineering/ Signal Design/ Lighting Design, etc. (max 5 pages)

Sidewalk / Trail / Shared Use Path Design and Engineering (max 5 pages)

Bridge Design / Structural Engineering (max 5 pages)
-
Stormwater / Water Resource Engineering / Flood Management and Mitigation (max 5 pages)
-
Landscape Architecture (max 5 pages)
-
Parks Design and Engineering (max 5 pages)
-
Right-of-Way Acquisition (max 5 pages)
-
Materials Testing and Inspection (max 5 pages)

Geotechnical Investigation and Analysis (max 5 pages)
*Note – There is no requirement to submit for all specialty areas. Firms should submit SOQs for only those specialty work areas the firm is qualified to perform.
The submittal should provide the following information:

Firm Introduction

Project Manager and Key Personnel Qualifications – Please provide the firm’s staff of personnel and their qualifications. Please include the following:

Education, professional registration / certification, and project experience of the members of the firm and key personnel.

Project and LPA Experience (where applicable) - Please provide examples of project experience for each applicable specialty area, highlighting applicable projects reviewed through MoDOT’s LPA program.

Capacity and Capability – Please provide the firm’s capacity and capability to perform work in the proposed specialty area(s).

Past Record of Performance – Please provide the firm’s past record of performance with respect to such control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules.

Location – Provide the location of consultant’s design office or staff headquarters. The primary requirement will be that the design office or staff headquarters be located in Missouri. A secondary consideration may be the location of the consultant’s office relative to the project.
In addition, any other information regarding the firm’s capabilities or special experience is welcomed for the City to evaluate the firm’s ability to successfully complete work.
In evaluating the qualifications of each firm, the City of Wildwood shall use the following criteria:

The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of services required;

The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project;

The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules;

The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located.
Please limit statements of qualifications to five pages per specialty area plus five pages for general information for a maximum of sixty (60) pages. Note this is the maximum page number, having less than 5 pages per category will not affect scoring.
