TO: PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

This Addendum supersedes, supplements and has precedence over all portions of the

bidding documents with which it differs. Acknowledgement of this Addendum is

required in the Bid Form in the space provided. Failure to acknowledge and respond to

any addenda issued by the District may, in the District’s sole discretion, render the

Bidder to be deemed non-responsive or incomplete.

QUESTION

The contract requires delivery to 10 individual locations and our minimum shipment is

2,000 lbs per delivery of approximately 8,000 sandwiches of a single variety. Are you

able to purchase in that quantity per location and what would the lead time be?

RESPONSE

1) The RFP is for freshly prepared sandwiches that are ready to serve. This is not for

thaw and serve.

2) Each School District will have a number of delivery sites on designated days. See

RFP.

3) Glendale USD cannot receive 2000 lbs of product on one delivery.
