Law School Commencement Tent with Related Equipment, Supplies, and Services

The University of Connecticut is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide tent rental services for its 2026, 2027, and 2028 Law School Commencement Ceremonies. The first ceremony will take place on Sunday, May 17, 2026. The successful proposer must be able to deliver, install, and break down all specified equipment and structures, ensuring a professional, safe, and seamless event experience. First year setup is to occur according to the schedule indicated below. All installed tents, equipment, and supplies must be removed no sooner than the day after the commencement date.
