Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for Code & Special Inspections services for the following project from DFCM Stage II Prequalified Code Inspection Contractors. Code inspection Contractors not prequalified through the Stage I Request for Statement of Qualifications process are not eligible to propose on this project.
Project Description: Construction of New campus for HCI, this phase includes a research building, a clinic as well as the central utility plant and utility tunnel
