The bid for the above-referenced project was publicly opened on January 16th,
2026, at 2:00 PM. Present was Director John Adair, and representatives from
Edge Landscaping (Debbie) and ARC (Justin).
Director Adair gave last call at 2:02 PM and announced that six proposals were
