Southern Berkshire Regional School District (SBRSD) invites bids for the provision of SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION. Bid specifications may be picked up at the Southern Berkshire Regional School District 491 Berkshire School Road MA 01257 on or after Wednesday May 14, 2025 at 9:00 AM or by calling 413-229-8778 x 304 or by emailing psullivan@sbrsd.org after said time. Completed bids are to be received by Southern Berkshire Regional School District at its office 491 Berkshire School Road, Sheffield, MA 01257 by 10 AM Monday, June 2, 2025, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and recorded. All bids must be marked on the outside lower left-hand corner of the bidders envelope BID: SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION: SOUTHERN BERKSHIRE REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT. No bid(s) will be accepted after the above-stated date and hour. The Southern Berkshire Regional School District School Committee must approve any contract to be awarded. SBRSD reserves the right to waive any informalities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids, if it be in the best interest of the District to do so.
