PURPOSE
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms interested in providing 403(b) plan administration, recordkeeping, compliance, plan sponsor, communication/education, and participant services, including certain master administrator/recordkeeper services, for the California State University (the CSU) 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Plan (the Plan). The effective date of the contract will be no later than April 1, 2026 and will be for an initial term of 5 years.
The CSU has contracted with Aon Investments USA Inc. and its affiliate Aon Consulting, Inc. (collectively referred to as ¿Aon¿) to provide consulting services to assist the CSU with the RFP process, including evaluation of responses. However, there is to be no direct contact with Aon staff or employees, nor should there be any direct contact with the CSU's staff or executives related to this RFP. Aon¿s Vendor Search Database, provided via their third-party technology vendor ProposalTech, will be utilized for managing RFP documents, responses, and analysis of responses. Should your firm currently have a response on file in Aon¿s Vendor Search Database, ensure your RFP response team is fully reviewing all responses to ensure accuracy based on the particular RFP. Should your firm not currently have a response on file in Aon¿s Vendor Search Database, a specific RFP document will be provided for your firm.
