Project Description: The City of Brownsville is soliciting bids for the Coffee Road Roadway, Drainage, and Utility Improvements Project. Work includes demolition, site grading, installation of storm drainage and water/wastewater utilities, roadway reconstruction, paving, striping, and associated traffic control. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to complete the project in accordance with the plans, specifications, and applicable City and TxDOT standards.
