The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for news monitoring company to track and report relevant news through daily news summaries (national news, broadcast news alerts, and Mexican President’s “mañanera” press conferences), and monthly quantitative and qualitative coverage reports.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed contract

The Government is planning a Pre-Quotation Conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.

Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Quoters are required to be registered in SAM at the time a quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at time of quotations submission shall deem the offeror’s quotes to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in sam.gov prior to quotes submission.
