Addendum #2 issued 1/9/25
Addendum #1 issued 12/24/24 change due date and preproposal meeting date.
ARRC is requesting a contractor to assist with design and permitting through 30% design for the initial contract. It is anticipated that design services through construction may be negotiated and added a later time if funding and permitting are obtained.
Proposals will be received until 3:00 PM Alaska Time on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on January 6, 2025, at 1:00 pm Alaska time.
