- Summary:The Maury Service Authority (hereinafter referred to as “MSA”) invites qualified firms to submit a proposal to provide professional engineering services on an “as needed” basis. The MSA expects to apply for funding from multiple funding sources and funding agencies including Virginia Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund and Water Quality Improvement Fund through the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. The MSA also expects to receive funds and other financial support and funding support, which may need to be incorporated into the planning, design, construction, and operating support efforts. These services are intended to supplement the MSA’s internal resources on an “as needed” basis by providing a flexible and effective way for the MSA to respond to recurring professional service needs for multi-dimensional tasks covering a wide range of work. The contract(s) will be for one year and may be renewable for three additional one-year increments at the option of the MSA.
