AF CyberWorx - Advanced EW/ISR Capabilities

IOTAI, Inc., Fremont, California, has been awarded a $15,520,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Advanced Electronic Warfare – Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) with AF CyberWorx. This contract will provide for the design, development, and deployment of advanced communication technologies relevant to sensors and EW capabilities. Work will be performed in CONUS locations and is expected to be completed by 17 APR 2028. This award is the result of a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) (FA700023SC001) Fiscal Year 2025 procurement funds in the amount of $15,520,000 are being obligated at time of award. The 10th Contracting Squadron, United States Air Force Academy, Colorado, is the contracting activity (FA700026C0007).
