Stormwater Countywide CRRP Construction Services WORCS FY 26

Project Description: The Hillsborough County Engineering and Operations Department is seeking qualified Contractors for the Stormwater Countywide Culvert Renewal and Replacement (CRRP) Construction WORCS Contract FY26. The selected firm will provide all labor, materials, and equipment needed to complete stormwater infrastructure improvements at various locations across the county. Work will be authorized on an as-needed basis through individually negotiated Work Orders.
The contract term will be 18 months, with an option for one 18-month renewal, and will include $500,000 designated for Non-Priced Items. The scope of work may involve storm sewer installation, culvert renewal, CIPP lining, roadway and right-of-way restoration, pond and ditch construction, drainage improvements under wet conditions, and utility relocations as necessary. The firm must be capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while restoring all affected infrastructure to operable condition estimated at $13,435,251.52.
