This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-01 11/12/2024.
This solicitation is set-aside for SDVOSBs
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541350, Building Inspection Services. SBA small business size standard of $11.5million. The FSC/PSC is H365 Inspection Medical, Dental and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies.
Requirement
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Iowa City VA Health Care System 2601 Highway 6 West, Iowa City IA 52246 has a requirement for Annual Gas System Inspection Services and Master Alarm Activation as required by the Joint Commission at the Iowa City VA Health Care System.
The potential contractor must be able to perform the Statement of Work (see RFQ 36C26325Q0312) Intend to Award by 04/01/2025 Submission of Offers:
Questions due no later than 08:00am CT 01/24/2025.
Offers due no later than 11:59 PM CST, Sunday February 2, 2025.
