A.1 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06 (eff. 08/27/202].

This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561261, with a small business size standard of $25M.

The Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center in Houston, TX is seeking to purchase additional door hardware for the current PAC (Physical Access Control) System.

All interested companies shall provide quotations in section B.2 Price/Cost Schedule of the SOW.

Delivery shall be provided no later than 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). See section B.3 Delivery Schedule for delivery information.
