10x Okuma Equipment Preventative Maintenance

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued soley for informational and planning purposes.

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit a requirement for preventative maintenance services on 10 Okuma equipment for a base year and four (4) one-year option periods, through a full and open competition.

A sources sought notice was posted on the Government Point of Entry, SAM.gov IAW FAR 5.204, from 24 September 2025 - 30 September 2025 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The Government received multiple responses from multiple vendors capable of performing the requirement. This pre-solicitation does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary and the Government does not assume financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

The planned period of performance is as follows:

Base Period: 20 MAR 2026 – 19 MAR 2027

Option Period 1: 20 MAR 2027 – 19 MAR 2028

Option Period 2: 20 MAR 2028 – 19 MAR 2029

Option Period 3: 20 MAR 2029 – 19 MAR 2030

Option Period 4: 20 MAR 2030 – 19 MAR 2031
