Project Description: Sealed bids will be received online by North Wales Water Authority via PennBid until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at which time they will be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid for:

EMERGENCY GENERATOR (G-013)
CONTRACT #572-25-03
The project consists of the furnishing and installation of a natural gas powered emergency generator, foundation pad, automatic transfer switch, associated distribution equipment, all appurtenances, and restoration at the Authority’s building located at 1560 Easton Road in Warrington Township, Bucks County, PA.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of North Wales Water Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of North Wales Water Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening.
The North Wales Water Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
