Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to develop a long-term agreement with a qualified firm to provide consulting services for the assessment of a community electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure plan that will be used as a resource for development projects of multi-family residential, commercial, mixed use, industrial, and special purpose properties. This would include identifying prioritization locations, and numbers and types of chargers needed to support areas by associated current and future demand. The Consultant will lead this effort by providing the necessary expertise, experience, and resources to perform these services and deliver an effective plan. The Consultant will not be responsible for the development of design and engineering documents related to the actual installation of these charging stations.
