Parking Lot Improvement

Project Description: PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENT: The project generally consists of the construction of a pervious concrete parking lot, a concrete walkway, and a boardwalk connector to provide access from the new parking lot to the existing trail at Riverwatch Drive. The work also includes, but not limited to, excavation, backfill, drainage infrastructure, sediment and erosion control measures, landscaping, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract documents. The project is located in the Town of Indian Head, Charles County, Maryland.
Bids will be received via the PennBid Program until 10:00 A.M., on June 30, 2025.
A pre-bid meeting followed by a site visit will be held at 11:00 A.M, prevailing time,
June 16, 2025, at office of the Owner.
Attendance at the pre-bid meeting and site visit is non-mandatory; however, attendance is encouraged. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to visit the site prior to submitting a bid.
Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M, prevailing time, on June 23, 2025. All questions must be submitted through PennBid.
The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any, or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
