We are pleased to announce that the City of Redwood City is seeking proposals from Municipal Advisors registered with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board to provide professional municipal advisory services to the City.
Project Overview:
Redwood City has a growing list of capital infrastructure investment needs through the annual Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget process. The City’s ability to adequately fund these needs has been limited due to resource constraints. The municipal advisor will help identify financing strategies, including, but not limited to citywide taxes, community facilities districts, and/or debt financing, to support the City’s future capital infrastructure needs.
