Notice of intent to use a brand name product. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southeast (NAVFAC SE) is performing a market survey to determine if other potential sources of supply can provide an access control equipment panels that has equal performance and that can fully integrate with the existing AMAG Symmetry Enterprise video surveillance system as the AMAG M2150-2DBC, M2150-4DBC, M2150-DBU/MKII, and M2150-8DBC/MKII manufactured by AMAG Technology, 2205 W. 126th Street Unit B, Hawthorne, CA 90250.

Fiscal Year 2027 PROJECT P7777 ACC SARP Replacement NAS Jacksonville, Florida, requires the following characteristics.

Provide access control equipment panel with the following capabilities:

• Must fully integrate into the existing AMAG Symmetry Enterprise access control system to include all software, hardware, database, and licensing.


• Connects to AMAG Symmetry management software via LAN


• Can control up to 16 doors per equipment panel


• Can manage 20,000 card holders and 65,000 offline transactions (expandable to 250,000)


• Connect smart card, proximity readers


• Wiegand support using WIM


• UL 294 and UL 1076 listed


• 100 Mbps network connection


• Input and output modules

This notification is for market research purposes only to identify if other potential sources of supply can meet the requirements of the Government. This is not a request for proposals, quotes, or an invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify other potential sources of this product. To be considered, please submit detailed technical data for the Government to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your manufactured product to ensure compatibility with the existing system. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), a response to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The responder is solely responsible for the information it submits and any associated costs. The Government reserves the right to disregard any submittal that is incomplete or vague. Please do not submit company brochures. Please limit your submissions to five (5) one-sided pages, not including the cover or table of contents pages. In addition, Attachment 1 must be included with your submission, and does not count against the page limit. Please submit complete information via electronic mail to Reuben Amarh reuben.a.amarh.civ@us.navy.mil and Jeff Rhein at jeffrey.j.rhein.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 30 OCT 2026 at 3:00 PM ET. Any information received after the due date/time will not be considered. Any information provided to the Government in response to this RFI will become U.S. Government property. All proprietary or classified information will be treated appropriately.

Questions and Responses: Questions concerning this sources sought notice must be submitted no later than the response deadline of 23 OCT 2026 not later than 3:00 PM ET. The Government may, at its discretion, respond to questions received before that deadline. Questions received after the deadline may not be considered or answered.

As of 21 OCT 2026, the Government has received responses based on the information currently published. Information material to the market-research response will not be provided exclusively to one respondent. If the Government determines that additional clarification is appropriate, anonymized questions and Government responses will be posted through an update to this notice. Contractor names and proprietary or confidential information will not be disclosed.

If a posted clarification materially changes the information requested or the anticipated requirement, the Government may extend the response deadline and permit respondents to submit revised or supplemental information. Additional technical or acquisition details that are not currently available may be addressed in a future solicitation, if one is issued.
