Project Description: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks to renovate office space on the third floor of the existing University Lake Medical Center (ULMC) building, located at 3801 University Lake Dr., Anchorage, Alaska into Orthopedic exam rooms.
There is an existing office space in ULMC which is being unused and ANTHC desires this space to be renovated into 3 multi-purpose exam rooms to accommodate physical therapy, ortho, and telehealth. This project will make the evaluation and treatment of patients more streamlined and prevent more backlog.
