This is not a solicitation; this is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a brand-name procurement action as follows:

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá-Colombia intends to award a fix firm price for the supply of GALVANIZED STEEL METAL BARRIER WALL SYSTEM. For this requirement, METALITH is considered the only brand, and no other supplies or services will accomplish Embassy Bogota requirements

Justification for Brand-name:

This procurement action is being conducted in accordance with the statutory authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, which states that only one brand-name and no other will satisfy agency requirements.
