PROJECT SCHEDULE/DURATION:
Anticipated Contract Issuance/Notice to Proceed: April 1, 2026
• Construction is planned to start: May 18, 2026
• Construction Duration: 10 Weeks
PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK:
Removal and replacement of existing asphalt shingles, gutters, downspouts and other roof
accessories.
Removal and replacement of deteriorated roof decking, sheathing and wood blocking.
Removal and replacement of flashings, fasciae, and other trim metal work as detailed and
specified.
Removal of existing siding and replacement with new cellular composite siding, to include all
flashing, soffits and trim.
Removal of existing windows and provision and installation of new fiberglass window units.
Removal of existing doors and frames as detailed and replacement with new FRP doors and
frames, including new hardware.
Removal and reinstallation of existing exterior lighting as required.
Offsite disposal of all removed materials.
