Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Environmental Response and Remediation Petroleum Storage Tank Program
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide:services that will include conducting and overseeing abatement activities, subsurface investigations, soil, surface water, groundwater, and air sampling, corrective actions, and construction oversight.
This RFP may result in multiple contract awards.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: vendor must achieve 85% of 1,450.00 points which is 1,232.50 points in order to be awarded a contract.
Length of Contract:5 years
Vendor must agree to use Attachment E Cost Guidelines for Underground Storage Tank Sites as the cost document for an awarded contract.
