The premises sought through this RFP will house a client/customer service office for the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) and a client/customer service office for MassAbility. DTA assists and empowers low-income individuals and families to meet their basic needs, improve their quality of life and achieve long term economic self-sufficiency. MassAbility helps individuals with disabilities to live and work independently. The agency is responsible for Vocational Rehabilitation, Community Living, and disability determination for federal benefit programs.
This office is expected to receive approximately 90 visitors per day.
