Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Bear River Water Conservancy District
Questions: All questions are to be submitted through the quest CDN website (www.jub.com quest number 10030657) no later than February 5, 2026 at 6:00 PM.
Submission: Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by Bear River Water Conservancy District (BRWCD) at 102 W Forest St, Brigham City, UT 84302, until February 12, 2026 at 10 am local time.
Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on January 27, 2026 at 10 am at BRWCD Offices located at 102 W Forest St, Brigham City, UT 84302. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. A site visit will be conducted following the pre-bid conference.
