This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, is applicable to this procurement. The solicitation number, as referenced above, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 effective date 1/17/2025 and DFARS Publication Notice 117/2025.This RFQ is issued as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard code is 3331200 and, the small business size standard is 1250 Employees. NOTE: All due date/times are Central Time. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ. Amend 0001: Added clarification to the reference color white. Please notte that the color white refers to the cab color only. Amed 0002: Changed amendment subject to Purchase 2 New Dump Trucks. Amend 0003: Added must be delivered within 90 days after award.
