Cleaning Services for Towns of Yarmouth Various Buildings

The Town of Yarmouth, as the Awarding Authority, is inviting interested parties to submit sealed written bids for cleaning services for Town of Yarmouth various buildings.  Sealed bids will be accepted at the Department of Public Works, located at 74 Town Brook Road, West Yarmouth, MA 02673, until 2:00 p.m. on April 23, 2025. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled:

CLEANING SERVICES

The contract being offered is for a duration of three years, from June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2028. The Town of Yarmouth may cancel this contract at any time for poor services. Vendors will have 30 days’ notice and will be allowed to correct errors. The estimated value per year should not exceed $100,000.00 per year, bringing the total potential contract value to $300,000.00.

The IFB package for CLEANING SERVICES includes all the necessary forms required for this bidding process. Bids submitted on forms other than those specified in the IFB package will be rejected without further consideration.

A Mandatory Site Tour will take place on Wednesday April 2, 2025, beginning at 8:00am at the Yarmouth DPW Building located at 74 Town Brook Road, West Yarmouth, MA 02673.
