Request for Qualifications:
The City of South Salt Lake is seeking a highly qualified engineering design firm for the South Salt Lake 2026 Street Reconstruction Projects. Qualified firms are requested to submit a
Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and fee schedule to provide the engineering services outlined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The selected firm will work closely with SSLC’s
Engineering, Public Works, Neighborhoods and Community Development Departments. SOQs will be accepted from various firms in order to conduct a fair and extensive evaluation. Complete and timely submittal of all required documents listed in the RFQ is required for the SOQ to be considered.
The City of South Salt Lake will accept SOQs for the project until 2:00 p.m. on February 13th, 2026. SOQs received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered. Each respondent must submit one PDF of their SOQ through the Utah Public Procurement Place website (Bonfire).
The Request for Qualifications can be obtained from Bonfire or the City Recorder, Ariel Andrus at aandrus@sslc.gov after 9:00 a.m. on January 20th, 2026. The winning consultant will be notified by 5 p.m. on February 20th, 2026. The City of South Salt Lake reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposals if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
