PCI Water Treatment Sludge Polymer

Pickaway Correctional Institution is looking for bids for Polymer to process sludge at water treatment plant. Pricing is to be all inclusive and requested for two types of polymers used for sludge processing.
Polymer type 1 - WT-2709 or equivalent liquid cationic polymer used for sludge dewatering and solid-liquid separation, compatible with belt press operations.
Polymer type 2 - ASI-364C or equivalent liquid cationic polymer used for pump sludge and belt press dewatering. compatible with belt press operations.

Jar testing may be required for the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) to verify product compatibility and proformance under PCIs operations.

PCI reserves the right to waive jar testing if operational conditions do not require it.

PCI intends to award a contract for State fiscal year 2026 with the option to renew for one additional fiscal year.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFQ documents, follow the instructions provided in the document, and submit all of the required documentation via OhioBuys.
