The project consists of replacement of approximately 45,939 sq. ft. of existing built-up roofing with a new fully adhered .060 EPDM roofing system, 20-year warranty, 30-year warranty as an alternate bid. In addition to the roof replacement, we have new downspouts and scuppers, existing skylights are being replaced, louvers are replaced, a new access door is replacing an existing door and four new roof access ladders are installed as part of the project. The existing masonry chimney is being restored and the existing soffits painted. Kitchen clerestory window wall replacement is also part of the base bid. Lead, PCB and asbestos abatement is part of this project.
