Main Street Landing

The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the Main Street Landing project.  The proposed improvements affiliated with this project include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor and materials necessary to construct a multi-generational play park amenity on the project site featuring adventure play zone, flexible sport court (including winter ice skating use and lighting upgrades), riverwalk, and picnic area features while connecting the north and south site segments with an ADA and emergency vehicle accessible bridge structure.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2024 at 10:30 AM at the project site, located at 101 W. River Drive. Please gather at the base of the Skybridge. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance.

Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.  Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
