Vendors are informed that the above subject solicitation is hereby modified, corrected, or
supplemented as specified, described and set forth in this Addendum:
I. DUE DATE CORRECTION
The due date for this RFP has been extended.
Proposals are due Wednesday, October 28, 2026, no later than 2:30 PM.
II. QUESTION(S)/RESPONSE(S)
Responses to the following questions were erroneously left off Addendum No. 5
Question 10: You mention on addendum #4, Response #16 “Geotechnical report … dropbox link.”
This information is not available on your dropbox link. Where is this Geotechnical
Report located at and how can we get a copy of it?
Response: The Geotechnical Report (BFI) has been added to the Dropbox Link.
Question 11: What is the estimated start date for this project?
Response: The project is anticipated to begin within 90 days after bids are submitted.
Question 12: What are the lane closure restrictions?
Response:
Lane closures will not be approved between 7-8:30 am and 4-6pm. For lane
closures and flagging, the contractor must apply for a lane closure permit with
GDOT for lane closure times.

Response: The project is anticipated to begin within 90 days after bids are submitted.
