Southeast Area Transit District (SEAT) is seeking proposals for a contractor to provide professional management services to oversee the transit services provided and employees of SEAT in accordance with the Request for Proposal’s scope of work. SEAT operates public transit services in the southeastern region of Connecticut. Parties interested in providing these services must have a proven record of delivering excellent transit service, customer service and maintenance of capital assets including vehicles and facilities.
