REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP
GRIT REMOVAL SYSTEM AND APPURTENANCES PROCUREMENT
WWTP UPGRADES PROJECT
TOWN OF LENOX, MA
The Town of Lenox is requesting proposals from qualified equipment Vendors to furnish a Grit Removal System and Appurtenances, to be incorporated in the planned WWTP Upgrades Project. A Request for Proposals RFP will be available on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. Proposals will be accepted at the Lenox Town Hall, office of the Town Manager, no later than 11 a.m., on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA 01240. The Proposals will not be opened publicly. This RFP is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B sub section 6 for the procurement of goods and services. The Town reserves the right and fully intends to assign any agreement awarded under this RFP. This project is subject to Build America Buy America Act requirements. Copies of the RFP may be obtained by emailing DPC Engineering, LLC, at bidding@dpcengineering.com. Addenda will be emailed to registered plan holders. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to only award a contract if it is in the best interest of the public to do so.
