- Summary:Sealed bids are invited from qualified contractors for constructing the Courts Complex Addition and Renovations-West Site project located at 501 East Jefferson Street Charlottesville, VA. The project consists of rehabilitating and renovating the historic 1803 Circuit Court building and its 1935 addition, totaling approximately 32,000 square feet, located on Court Square.
