Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a Phoenix Controls server infrastructure upgrade from Airreps as a sole source because the contractor must possess exclusive authorization to sell, supply, and support Phoenix Controls systems within the State of Oregon. The contractor must have specialized technical expertise required to maintain compatibility with existing Phoenix laboratory ventilation infrastructure and must be an authorized Phoenix Controls representative capable of installing and supporting the ICT‑100 software platform and macro‑server hardware used to control building‑wide venturi valve systems that manage temperature, airflow, and pressurization in critical laboratory environments. The contractor must also possess manufacturer‑level knowledge of Phoenix Controls systems to ensure continued safe operation, seamless BACnet integration, and compliance with laboratory safety standards. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03‑010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
