The project includes construction of a new taxiway, apron, airfield pavement markings, access road, parking lot, roadway signage & markings, & site grading for future hangar development. A complete set of Bid Documents may be obtained from the Passero Associates website under the ¿BIDS¿ tab. Each BID shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked & addressed as required below & shall be accompanied by the Bid Security & other required documents. If the BID is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation "BID ENCLOSED for (Project Name)" on the face thereof. Bidders must submit one original & one electronic copy on a USB Flash Drive of the Bid Form, All Schedules, & other required documents. Indicate the following information on the outside of the sealed envelope containing the bid: Project Name as stated on page one of the Bid Forms, Project #, Airport Location, & Bidder's Name & Address. City of Thomasville complies with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and its Regulations.
