The primary objective of this RFP is to select a consultant that can help curate a retail experience in the core of downtown Springfield. To do so the consultant must be recruitment strategy focused on local, regional and national brands, offering new experiences for residents and visitors. The SRA supports minority and women (M/WBE) participation, as well as hiring residents of Springfield, in all contracts. This request does not create a binding obligation on the part of the SRA with any respondent. The SRA reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all proposals or any parts thereof deemed not to be in the best interest of the public and/or the SRA.
The SRA Governing Board will make a final selection and approve the contract, subject to appropriations.
