Summary

The City of Dania Beach is soliciting bids for Light Pole Banner Production and Installation . Bids are to be submitted via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/daniabeachfl . Bids will be received prior to 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 . Late bids will not be accepted.

The City seeks to contract with a vendor for the printing and installation of banners for approximately 125 light poles throughout the City on an as-needed basis. Banners will be changed periodically to reflect seasons and advertise City events and milestones, as directed by the City. In order to be considered, contractors must hold a current Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) permit to perform these services.
