The Department of Veterans Affairs currently occupies an related space at 11495 Turner Road El Paso, Texas 79936 in a lease that will be expiring on January 31st, 2026. The government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Governments requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Government intends to enter a real property succeeding lease. The current space occupies 4,387 rentable square feet. The lease term requirement is for ten years (5) years firm, (5) years soft. The space must be available for occupancy by February 1st, 2026.
The Delineated Area is as follows:
North – Montana Avenue
East – Berryville Street
South –Cesar E. Chavez Border Hwy
West – Airway Boulevard
Expressions of Interest (proposal with supporting evidence) must be submitted to the Contract Specialist by email by 3:00 pm MST Friday, May 23rd, 2025. Responses after this date will not be considered.
