The United States Probation Office for the Eastern District of Missouri intends to procure treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision using Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for services beginning October 1, 2025. The total duration of the BPA, including the exercise of four 12-month options, shall not exceed 60 months. BPAs are being solicited for the following:
Drug Testing Collection and Substance Use Treatment: required services may include, but are not limited to, urinalysis collection, sweat patch application/removal, assessments, substance use cognitive based counseling (individual, group, and/or family), and transportation.

Interested providers will receive e-mail notification when the Request for Proposals (RFP) have been posted on the U.S. Probation Office web page at www.moep.uscourts.gov (under Treatment Services).
