98836-Grounds and Roadside Maintenance: Mowing, Edging, Plant, Not Tree Trimming, etc.;

The City of Missouri City (“City”), Texas is soliciting sealed bids from interested bidders with the intent to establish a turnkey lump sum contract with one (1) contractor who can perform the mowing services in accordance with Exhibit A Scope of Work and the requirements and terms and conditions specified herein.

Exhibit A-1 contains the locations where the mowing services will be required.

Interested bidders who wish to respond to this solicitation must submit the required documents specified in Section 42 Submittals i n a sealed envelope/package by P.M. Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) March 14, 2025 addressed to:

Subject: IFB 25-047 (Do Not Open)

The City will accept sealed envelopes/packages between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. Monday through Friday only at the above location and is not responsible for sealed envelopes/packages delivered late and/or to the incorrect address.

The City will not accept electronic responses to this solicitation, nor evaluate responses that are received after the specified due date. Bidders are highly encouraged to monitor the websites listed in Exhibit B Procurement Schedule which contains information where to send questions regarding this solicitation, and where any Amendments to this solicitation will be posted.
