HHSC PCS is seekingcompetitive bids to establish contract(s) for the manufacturing of an entrancesign and installation at the Texas Center for Infectious Disease.
MandatoryOn-Site Visit
HHSC will conduct twomandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the date and timeidentified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB) or on the dateand time established in subsequent Addenda.
The on-site visitwill include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of thefacility.
Attendance at one ofthe on-site visits is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in thedisqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will notbe permitted to submit a Response.

On-SiteVisit Instructions: Upon arrival at the facility, attendees must stop and signin at the guard shack. The Security Officer will direct attendees to parkinglot "D" and notify maintenance of their arrival. A maintenancerepresentative will meet attendees at the parking lot and walk the proposedarea for the sign with attendees.
