James City County is releasing this Request for Proposals on behalf of the Williamsburg Area Transit Authority (WATA).The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from experienced, and qualified vendors to furnish all labor, materials, cleaning products, overhead, administration, equipment, trash bags, and dumping fees associated with providing shelter cleaning, maintenance and trash pickup services for all transit stops furnished by WATA.
