Place of Performance:
Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement Storz DuoLith Ultra Device Radial Pulsed Wave & Focused Shockwave Device (BRAND NAME). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order type contract.
This brand name acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures using a 100% small business set-aside. A Brand Name Justification will be posted with this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 334510, and the size standard is 1,250.
